Our Story<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Leaning on more than forty years of experience in investment, finance and marketing, Portreath Partners has a network of contacts in several markets which all have one thing in common. Each seeks to collaborate with like-minded parties for mutual gain. To maximise their opportunities whether they are developers, entrepreneurs or investors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Principal, Tony Trescothick, has extensive experience in Real Estate, Equities, Fixed Income and other asset classes, dealing with large and small businesses. He has used this expertise to successfully bring together parties in the UK, Europe and the Middle East. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He has expertise in business development, investment management, asset and product marketing. He holds a Diploma in Management from the UK’s Chartered Management Institute, and financial and corporate management qualifications from UK and European certifying bodies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In which asset classes are we active?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We have a flexible approach and regard ourselves as always looking out for a good deal (who isn’t ?). While this means, occasionally, we’ll make an introduction outside of our usual zone, our core skills are in Real Estate, including Student Accommodation, Co-Living and Hotels. Investment funds also feature in our activities, across a range of asset classes and structures.
